Sending an Estimate

Once your estimate is saved, you can generate a PDF and send it directly to your customer via email.

On the web app:

  1. Open the estimate you want to send

  2. In the sidebar, find the Actions section

  3. Click Generate PDF to create the document — the PDF includes your logo, brand color, business address, and all line item details

  4. Once the PDF is generated, click Send to Customer

  5. The system sends an email to your customer's email address with the PDF attached and Approve / Decline buttons

After sending, the estimate status automatically changes to Sent and the sent date is recorded.

On the mobile app:

  1. Open the estimate

  2. Tap the more button (three dots)

  3. Tap Generate PDF, then Send to Customer

You can also use View PDF to preview the document, or Regenerate PDF if you've made changes since the last generation. A yellow banner will appear if the estimate has been modified since the PDF was last generated.
