Company Settings

Your company settings control how your business appears on documents and customer-facing emails.

On the web app, click the settings gear icon in the top-right corner to go to your account. Settings are organized across tabs:

General tab:

  • Name — Your business name (appears on PDFs and emails)

  • Domain — Your website URL

  • Logo — Upload your company logo (appears on PDFs and emails)

  • Brand Color — Hex color used on PDFs and email accents

  • Contact Email and Phone — Shown on PDFs and emails

  • Business Address — Street, city, state, postal code. Appears as the "From" address on estimates and invoices

Invoices & Estimates tab:

  • Default Tax Rate — Automatically applied to new estimates and invoices (0-100%)

  • Default Payment Terms — Due on Receipt, Net 7, Net 15, Net 30, or Net 60

  • Payment Instructions — Free-text field for Venmo, Zelle, or check instructions (appears on invoice PDFs)

  • Email Copy (owner only) — Custom text shown before and after invoice/estimate details in customer emails

  • Overdue Reminders (owner only) — Toggle 7-day, 14-day, and 30-day overdue reminder emails on/off, and customize the message for each

  • Reference Numbers — Set the next auto-assigned number for projects (PROJECT-), estimates (EST-), and invoices (INV-)

Customization tab:

  • Project Status Labels — Rename the display labels for project status columns (e.g., "Not Scheduled" to "Backlog")

  • Show Address on Projects — Whether customer address appears on project views and calendar

  • Show Weekends — Whether weekends appear on the calendar view

On the mobile app, tap the settings gear icon and access these through Business Info, Email Customization, and Reference Numbers screens.
