8. Invoices, Estimates, and Business Transactions

Method:
Does not guarantee payment of invoices
Is not responsible for disputes between you and your customers
Does not act as a payment processor
You are solely responsible for your business transactions and customer relationships.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
