Billing & Subscription

Method offers multiple subscription tiers — Base, Pro, and Growth — each unlocking additional features.

Viewing your plan on the web app:

  1. Click the settings gear icon in the top-right corner to go to your account

  2. Your tier, subscription status, and billing interval are shown in the sidebar

On the mobile app:

  1. Tap the settings gear icon on the dashboard

  2. Tap Plan & Billing

  3. View your current tier, status, and billing details

  4. Tap Manage Plan or Upgrade Plan to make changes

Free trial: New accounts start with a free trial. You'll receive email reminders at 72 hours before, 24 hours before, and when the trial expires.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can switch between billing intervals from the plan management page.

What each tier unlocks:

  • Base — Customers, Projects (list view), Media

  • Pro — Everything in Base, plus Estimates, Invoices, PDF generation, Kanban board, Calendar view, project photos, time tracking, and payment tracking

  • Growth — Everything in Pro, plus CRM features (lifecycle stages, lifetime value, customer tags, source tracking), email campaigns, and audience segmentation
